Well I guess a few things about this post were late, the kill itself was slower than we should have been due to one or two issues we had after our Ultraxion kill, and also this post should have been put up way back on Monday the 16th, but I've been tied up so here it is, delayed but up!
Once we put some time into Warmaster there wasnt much to say, its a survival fight that once you make it out of the first phase with enough dps to stay on top of adds is a fairly straightforward encounter, a more fun gunship than the ICC one, but never the less not exactly befitting of the 6th boss in the last instance of the expansion in my opinion.
Given this post is late I can speak a bit about what has happened since, we are currently progressing on spine and going along nicely, just looking for some additions to our roster both for spine/madness and also into Mists of Pandaria so even if your class isn't highlighted on the side of the page, we always consider exceptional applications.

It's been a while since I've made any posts here! After stopping all progression raids for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years we've finally got ourselves back in the swing of things and after only starting Ultraxion tonight it was down by the end of the raid.
Given the break period away from progression it was good to see it go down so quickly which can only be a good omen for Warmaster and satisfying that we have stayed infront on 25 man progression and are closing in on the ten man guilds. It has been a hard period for a lot of guilds with Christmas/Star Wars and general burn out with Cataclysm coming to its conclusion taking its toll on rosters so to take Ultraxion down in 1 day was an achievement that truly reflects on the attitudes of those within Balance and one we intend to build upon in the coming resets.

Yet again a day behind with the news posts, but last night Yor'sahj fell on 25 heroic, I'd like to say this rolled over for us but the kill was several hours over due with multiple agonising sub 1% wipes, which seemed all the more frustrating when the kill came on the last try of the night with more than 30 seconds left on the enrage timer!
However, the important fact is the boss went down and the guild showed its will for progression by sticking with it long after we would usually call a raid as no one was willing to log off before this boss went down, a true testament to the guilds desire to reach Madness of Deathwing and finish this content as server first.

Well another day another boss! Not a bad first reset so far on heroics for us and last night (I'm late with posts sue me!) saw the demise of Hagara leaving us on 3/8 25 HC.
Overall not too much of a contrast to the other versions of the fight, but still required a few tries for us to get a handle on each of the phases and what we were doing followed by an enraged try and the kill shortly after.
So far Dragon Soul hasn't been to bad to us with the entire guild performing (there are always more than just the 25 on kills and as a raid leader the hardest choices are who to leave on the bench for certain fights) and the ten man guilds on the server while doing really well and good luck to them on that, aren't out of sight by any stretch so a productive first reset and as the march to Christmas continues I guess we'll see how progression shakes up in the coming weeks.

Well, its a Saturday (more to do with some of our raiders schedules this week, god bless Christmas than other things) it was late when we killed it but im proud to say, the Warlord is down!
This kill probably came about a day later than it should have, with a bit too much time wasted chopping and changing strategies but well, thats progression for you sometimes. After getting it low a few times in the last raid we knew we had a kill possible so scheduled todays raid and well, after the worst wipe i have ever experienced as both a raid leader and raider, a mere 5k left on the boss when a mages Ice Block expired, we regrouped and got our rewards for true Balance style persistence with the boss went down only a few pulls later.
Overall this fight was actually quite fun and after Morchock well, it is quite a spike in difficulty requiring a lot of co-ordination from the raid and a particular strain on the healers who all stepped up to the plate.
Apologies to all for the last few screenshots by the way, they're steadily getting better hopefully by Madness they'll be pro!
